Iron is an essential trace element that is required for the formation of haemoglobin and myoglobin important components of the blood.

Adults: 1-2 tablets per day, 1-2 times daily or as directed. Tablets can be crushed. FAB Iron and B Complex Tablets are safe to give during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Abdominal pain;Nausea;Vomiting;Constipation;Diarrhoea;Dark stools;Headache;Joint aching;Muscle aching;Fast heart rate;Sweating;Shortness of breath;Low blood pressure;Chest pain;Rash;Allergic reaction;Erosion and perforation of the gastrointestinal mucosa;Bronchospasm;Hypotension.


Allergies to the ingredients used in this product may develop. Typical allergic symptoms include:
