Herb crusted pork with bean stew

For 4 people

Herb crusted pork medallions

4 pork medallions adorned with any fat2 spoons Cup mustard? soup stocked with full full breadcrumbs1 tablespoon by tablespoon of thyme chopped1 tablespoon parmesan cheese1 tablespoon chopped1 parsley grated extra virgin olive oil


Bean stew

1 box of 420 grams of Tin beans look black or white tomatoes1 onion1 teaspoon tablespoon olive oilSalt and pepper to taste

Pork medallions

Rub mustard more 4 medallions coat.Combine chopped thyme, parsley, breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.Press pork medallions coated in a mixture of bread crumbs to cover.Do heat a large frying pan, add olive oil.Cook the medallions for 8-10 minutes each side until golden.


Bean stew

In a blender, put canned tomatoes, chopped onion, olive oil and salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.Place the mixture and beans in a saucepan and cook for 10 to 20 minutes. Add water if the mixture becomes too dry.


Serving

Place the beans on a plate mixture and garnish with the medallion of pork in pastry.

Cooking time: 40 minutes
