Chiropractic Care: Approach and Benefits (adam mark john)

Lower back pain and muscle stiffness can be the result of a number of factors, such as over-straining, accident, injury, sports injury, lifting heavy objects improperly, etc. Being overweight or older can also contribute to lower back pain and muscle stiffness. Often, the pain resolves itself with some rest and self-care, but sometimes, the pain does not subside on its own, but rather continues worsening. This kind of chronic pain limits your range of motion, and the pain and stiffness disallows you to keep going and enjoy your life. If you are also suffering from such pain and want to get rid of it without any surgery, then chiropractic care may be the right solution for you. Let us know more about this method that is proved to be a highly effective lower back pain treatment system.

A natural approach

Even if you have heard of chiropractic care, you might not be familiar about what their approach is towards lower back pain treatment. This may lead you a bit leery about considering chiropractic treatment method. So, you need to understand that a chiropractor provides you ultimate health care by taking a holistic approach towards your treatment. They will focus on your spine and central nervous system, which are considered to be the centers of your musculoskeletal system. They believe that everything in your body is connected with each other, and they try to remove whatever might be impeding the natural healing process of your body.

Pain relief and alignment restoration with spinal manipulations

Chiropractic care takes a non-surgical, drug-free, natural approach towards your muscle stiffness and lower back pain treatment. A chiropractor tries to treat your physical disorders with the help of spinal manipulations, as they find origins of the pain in your musculoskeletal system and nervous system. These spinal manipulations aim at relieving pain, and restoring mobility and motion in your joint. While manipulation your spine, a chiropractor uses his hands to apply precise, calculated, forceful motion on your restricted joint. Sometimes, this kind of pressure causes a popping or crack sound, but there is nothing to worry about. Other methods that a chiropractor may take help of include electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, and massage therapy to stretch, relax and warm the tight muscles.

Prevention of lower back pain and muscle stiffness with chiropractic care

Because lower back pain is often caused by overuse and over-strain, you can do something to prevent lower back pain in future. You should follow a consistent, regular exercise regime which should include weight training and stretching exercises. These exercises will build strength, and make your ligaments and muscles more flexible. A flexible and strong back is less likely to have injury or pain than a sedentary back. Sit and stand with your back straight, and try to stand and stretch regularly while at work.

The humoral immune response induced by HIV research made new progress (cusabio)

USA Academy of Science studious group of subjects studied in HIV humoral immune response has made new progress, relevant results as the cover paper published in August 2013 in the field of immunology journal.

HIV vaccine research experience nearly three decades, but there is still no effective HIV vaccine will be available. HIV envelope glycoprotein (Env) is the preferred target prophylactic vaccine, however, both forms of Env can induce a broad spectrum of high neutralizing capacity. Enhance the immunogenicity of antigens is one of the means appropriate choice of adjuvant. Hu studious group of subjects studied three plasmid-type cytokines: pAPRIL, pCCL19 and pCCL28, as a molecular adjuvant for an HIV vaccine candidate antigen gp140 immune-enhancing effects and potential molecular mechanism.

The results show that, pCCL19 and pCCL28 were able to significantly enhance the systemic and mucosal sites of antigen-specific antibody levels, while pAPRIL then did not show significant immune enhancement. In addition, serum and mucous membranes enhanced antibody levels with better and in homologous and heterologous HIVs ability and capacity of which were with antigen-specific IgG in serum and mucosal sites of antigen-specific IgA levels positively correlated. Further experiments showed that, pCCL19 and pCCL28 able to balance the enhanced level of Th1/Th2 cells and increase the humoral immune response in mice immunized rectal mucosal surfaces IgA + cell number. pCCL19 able to recruit CCR7 + DC cells migrate to the mesenteric lymph nodes and the recruitment of CCR7 + DC cells and CCR7 + T cells migrate to the spleen; while pCCL28 is able to recruit CCR10 + B cells migrate to the spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes. These results suggest that, pCCL19 and pCCL28 HIVEnv can enhance the systemic and mucosal sites specific antibody response level humoral immune response and T cell level, this effect may be enhanced with a lot of them to recruit immune cells to migrate to secondary lymphoid organs and mucous membranes organize relevant.

These findings on the Induction of immune responses against HIV antigens in particular humoral immune response has guiding significance.
